We are very excited at Enotria to feature such a small production, hand-crafted winery for a special wine-pairing dinner next Friday the 29th of January at 7pm. This will include four delicious courses paired with two Rosati Family Cabernets in a back to back vertical, and one of their neighbors, the famous Paul Hobbs Chardonnay from Russian River Valley.
